In BALERNA we have a distribution platform for fashion goods of well-known Italian fashion boutiques. The goods arrive directly from Italy and from CHINA either already packaged or hanging are declared in Balerna and then deliverd in due time to customers all over Switzerland.
A particular challenge are the seasonal sales peaks which require a precise coordination between supplier, plattform Balerna and recipient.
Another service which we offer for the same customers is the return transport of unsold goods. Here, we pick up the goods from Swiss fashion boutiques, arrange the import customs formalities in Italy and the return delivery to the Italian suppliers.
These activities take part in close co-operation with our Italian fashion distribution center in ARESE, which handles the fashion logistics on an area of 9000 m2.
